This is a worldwide Community Supported initiative for the benefit of researchers, seekers, and followers of Rudolf Steiner and the Anthroposophical Movement averaging nearly 40,000 visitors every day! As you can imagine, it takes significant resources to make these materials available, in addition to seeking out and adding content. Any level of support is greatly appreciated by all who use these resources. For additional information concerning our not-for-profit status, etc., scroll to the bottom of the page.

There are several ways you can help keep this valuable information online: You can donate online through our secure online payment system, mail a check or money order (all domestic and foreign currencies are gladly accepted). We also welcome sponsorships and offers of grants. Ways to provide support are listed below. Please note that The e.Lib, Inc. is the umbrella organization, so your bank or credit card statements will show The e.Lib, Inc. rather than Rudolf Steiner e.Lib or one of our other resources.

We are incorporated as a not-for-profit organization, meaning that United States donations to us are tax-deductible (see below). We seek and receive grants, but the majority of our funding comes from the generosity of readers and seekers, such as yourself.

Keeping everything online while finding and adding to content is very challenging. The amount of material, and the more than 20,000 visitors worldwide using our resources every day, requires an extensive investment in internet bandwidth and equipment. Our servers are housed in a separate, secure facility, designed specifically for computers that serve information to the Internet.

We are incorporated in the State of Michigan as a not-for-profit corporation, certified as 501(c)(3) exempt organization by the United States, which means that contributions by US citizens are tax deductible under section 170. This also means that we are qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code.
